Privacy Policy

Account details. Your email address and display name, provided when you register. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

Enrollment details. Your phone number, which courses you request, and the payment record an administrator enters when granting access.

Technical data. Standard server logs including IP address and browser user agent, retained briefly for security and debugging.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not collect payment details — courses are currently free, so no card information ever reaches us.

Your data exists to make the product work: authenticating you, showing your progress, resuming videos where you left off, and issuing certificates. We also use aggregate, non-identifying counts to understand which courses get finished.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for marketing.

Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security. Other learners cannot read your progress, your enrollments, or your email address. Administrators can see account and enrollment records in order to operate the platform.

Enrollment records — including the phone number you provide and how payment was collected — are visible to administrators only, so they can process your request.

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, authentication, and file storage) and the application is served from our hosting provider. Both process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We set cookies strictly to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing them signs you out; it does not delete your account.

To request a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have your records deleted, email support@onespotedu.com from your registered address. Deletion removes your profile and your enrollment records.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change on this page.
