Terms of Service
The agreement between you and onespotedu when you use the platform.
Last updated August 28, 2026
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using onespotedu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate registration details, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Accounts are personal. Do not share logins or resell access.
Course access
Courses marked free are free, and access does not expire while your account is active and the course remains published. We may add, update, unpublish, or retire courses — if a course you are enrolled in is retired, your completion record and any certificate you earned remain valid.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Download, redistribute, or resell course material
- Share your account or attempt to bypass enrollment checks
- Scrape the platform or place automated load on it
- Probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Upload unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Intellectual property
Course content, text, video, and the platform itself remain the property of onespotedu or its licensors. Enrolling grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that material for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership.
Certificates
Certificates confirm that you completed every lesson in a course on this platform. They are not an accredited academic or professional qualification, and we make no claim about their recognition by any third party. Misrepresenting a certificate — including altering one or claiming a course you did not complete — is grounds for revocation.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and changes happen. Content is provided as-is, without warranty that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, onespotedu is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost data.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to access course material ends.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
